Ten days and counting!

I can't believe it's finally here.
Two years of actual planning and five years of dreaming are about to take off in a plane on Tuesday, March 11. I'm getting a bit nervous. The reality of what we're doing is setting in...SEVEN WEEKS. No work. So far from family. Pickpockets. Fast trains. Scary toilets. BIG cities. Foreign languages. Très effrayant!

I'm about sick of the prep work. I'm ready to stop planning and actually BE there! Instead of dreaming up all the things I can see and people I'll meet, I'll actually be doing it. It's a crazy thought.

This is going to be completely out of my element and far from my little Utah bubble. Terri's trying to climatize me to the experience. Too much all at once might be a bit shocking.

Where we're going
I suppose it's about time I let everyone know our basic itinerary. We fly into Frankfurt, Germany on Wednesday the 12th where Elli and her dad are meeting us at the airport (I can't wait to see Elli!). After a couple days we'll be off to Prague, Krakow, Vienna, maybe Slovakia, Budapest, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Paris, Switzerland and back to Frankfurt for a few more nights with Elli and a flight home. Stay tuned for updates and more fun pictures of our adventure in Europe.
Ciao.
